Neat Freak?

I have noticed that Collin is neat.....at lot like his Mommy.  Maybe that's where he got it from?  Some examples are:

• He plays neat.  He typically does not make a mess when playing with his toys in the playroom.  He might get several toys out to play with but he does usually put most of them back when he is finished or at least when we ask him too. 
• He is still doing a great job at putting his plate and cup in the sink when he is finished eating. 
• He likes to put his clothes in the dirty clothes hamper before taking a bath.
• He is not as interested in washing the clothes everyday (oh thank you!!!!) but he does still like to help when it's time.
• He puts his trash in the garbage can.
• After reading books, he puts several back on his bookshelf.  He does not always put all of them away but he does attempt to put most of them away.

All of these are great lessons for little boys to learn.  He is learning to take care of himself.  The other night, I did not expect to see him also be neat after going potty.  He went in the bathroom by himself.  I heard him peeing then he flushed the toilet.  He was taking awhile to get out of the restroom, so I peeked in to see what he was doing.  He had taken a piece of toilet paper and was wiping the entire lid. he threw this piece in the toilet, flushed it and then left.  Wow!  This must be something he learned from school or one of his friends.  He did it again tonight before putting his PJs on (which he now calls jammies).  I wonder how long this neatness will last?
