This morning after Collin finished breakfast of waffles (yummy!), he was walking into the kitchen to tell me he wanted some milk. He was not paying attention where he was walking and hit the side of his head on the counter top that sticks out. He started to cry (as expected). I talked to him and asked him where it hurt. I did give him a kiss and he said it was better. He then started to rub his eyes and said they still hurt because they were bleeding. They might have been watering but they were not bleeding. He started to cry more because he thought his eyes were bleeding.
Then, he walks back to his chair to get his guys (this morning they were Monkey and Minnie Mouse). He looked down at the puzzle on the floor that he did not pick up from the night before, turned and then hit the back of his head on the side of the chair. This started the drama all over again.
I can tell it will be a fun morning getting him dressed now and ready for school.
