"I Promise"

If you hear the phrase, "I promise I will" or "I promise I won't" from Collin, just assume that he will do the opposite of what he is promising.  Every day now, he is promising (or not) to do something.  Tonight, he told me that he promised he would not lick me (yes, he still regularly pretends to be Puppy) when I leaned over near his mouth.  He did exactly what he said he would not do....lick me on my cheek.  He started to laugh when I said "I thought you promised!"  I have explained that keeping promises is important but he still thinks its funny.  This must be part of a game at school with his buddies.
