Happy Birthday Daddy!!!

Today, Daddy turns 41! I took Daddy out to dinner and to see a play, The Odd Couple, at a local high school. We had a great time. It was nice to be out just the two of us. This morning, Daddy and Collin were quiet so I could sleep in (wait, who's birthday is it today?). Then, after I got up, we went to a local Starbucks and then the grocery store. This is what Daddy wanted to do on his birthday.



Then, Daddy had a great idea for us to ride our bikes to a local park. Collin swung when we got there and then wanted to climb around the playground equipment. Collin and I then ran around the track a little since Collin enjoys running these days. We stopped so he could swing a little more. We played a little more and then headed back home for some lunch. After lunch, it was time to head to soccer practice. He was not interested for the first 10 minutes and then he joined in......just in time for running. I would say it was a great birthday for Daddy so far.


All of the morning activity wore Collin out. He is still napping and it's been over 3 hours. Yeah for Mommy!!!! Daddy was sad because he wanted to see him before he left out of town. He did kiss him a few times which did not wake him up.

Look what I did while Collin slept (I painted some of it yesterday). This is one of Saige's birthday presents for next weekend.
