Collin is turning into a little fish. He was at Mimi's house yesterday since I volunteered for a work event to teach 7th grade. Later in the early evening, Mimi thought it would be fun to go in the backyard and play with some of his toys. He had other ideas. As soon as he saw the pool, he wanted in. It did not matter that he did not have a swimsuit on. Mimi just let him get in the pool with the clothes he was wearing.....and he had a blast! I arrived and they were both in the pool using an older float. I found a boat float (the one he is in) near Mimi's back window, rinsed it off and put it in the pool. At first, he was not interested in it. Once Mimi put him in it, he did not want to get out. He loved it. We liked it too because he was not able to splash us in it as much as he is able to in the other ring float he uses.
After he got out of the pool, we were getting ready to meet Lisa, Timmy and Dustin for dinner. I told Collin to get his shoes on. Well, he did get some shoes on but not his. He was able to walk around in my shoes really good for shoes being WAY too big (Daddy refers to my feet as Peggy Hill feet).
We met the crew for dinner and then went home to see daddy.
