Raptors - Close Game = Loss Again

The Raptors played a good game last night. They got a lot more rebounds including 3 by Collin of all ultimately ended up in scoring a basket each time.  Collin drew a foul and was on the free-throw line for a second time.  He missed the first shot and made the second one.  The excitement came when, with 3 seconds left on the clock, the ball was thrown in by a Raptor team mate.  Collin got the ball, turned around quickly and made the basket...ending the quarter on a very high note.  All of his team mates and his two coaches came over to surround him and give him high-5s.  He did not know what was going on.  He ran over to Dad who gave him a high-5 and told him how proud he was of him.  I loved seeing the smile on his face, too.  Maybe he will have to wear his brace for the rest of the basketball season.  It does not see to be hurting his game.  :)


The Raptors ended up losing by 1 point.  What a tough loss!  They are back at it again tonight for another game.  The last game is Monday before the playoffs.
