Bahamas - Day 1

After over 6 hours on two different planes, we finally arrived in the Bahamas. Our room was not ready when we arrived so we explored the hotel and the surrounding area. As soon as we were out the door, we saw a lot of marine life in a tunnel that lead to one of the many pools. Collin really enjoyed the fish swimming by. Once out of the tunnel, we saw turtles which Collin could care less about but mommy and daddy really enjoyed watching them crawl along the bottom. Then we made it to the beach. He really enjoyed the waves crashing onto the shore and the sound they made. The scenery was gorgeous except for the man in too small of a bathing suit. I am sure this will not be our first one to see.


Our room was finally ready so we check in and unpacked. Collin also needed a nap....read that as his parents really did since we had been up since 4am. The scenery outside of our hotel balcony is not too bad to wake up every morning. Wouldn't you agree?
